Benaroya Hall, the home of Seattle Symphony, first opened its doors in September 1998. The first venue in Seattle specifically designed for symphonic performances, it is an architectural marvel. Within it, Seattle Symphony performs world class classical music. Seattle Symphony has more than 125 recordings, has garnered 12 Grammy Award nominations, and has given more than 70 premieres since 1983.
